The role details include setting up the best-in-class Data Analyst for our hybrid working team, improving our reports and process, and helping the team be both effective and efficient in understanding the data.

Excitingly, you will be working alongside the whole ICE team as part of the newly formed support hub. You will support our Hub which offers data and practical support for our agency & Healthy Lifestyle Services.

You will have a mastery of Microsoft 365, Word PowerPoint, and Excel.

You will have the drive, skill, and experience to Export and save data from our dedicated, purpose-built database, Best-You and disseminate information required.

How you’ll help us change the world

This role will present data in a meaningful way to Service and Agency Leads that allows for meaningful change and demonstration of our work as well as finding, exploring, analyzing and communicating trends to Make better happen for our services and agencies.

​

You will look for efficiencies throughout services including but not limited to accurate reporting, and new more efficient ways of working, making strategic recommendations that will drive improvements in efficiency and effectiveness across the business.

What you’ll do?

  • This role will have the express purpose of identifying trends in the agency and service data.
  • Do you find the individuals from a certain age group or ethnicity do particularly well and get great stop smoking outcomes, we want to know that.
  • Do people from deprived areas do particularly well in weight management services in the summer months, we want to know that!
  • You will coordinate the opening and closing of the office and accessible for deliveries to be accepted.
  • This will be the bulk of the work required, it includes established reporting (weekly / monthly / quarterly / annual) This includes Outcome Reports for services, coaches and teams, making that data useable, recognizable and helpful to leaders.
  • Ad-hoc data requests from our commissioners, stakeholders such as Councils that are time urgent.
  • Once you have the data you want to present, you will be familiar with Service and Agency Leads needs and how they will want this presented.
  • Some data will be sent as a simple export, others will involve presenting data in professional & comprehensive format
  • Other data you will present in useful ways (PowerPoint / Graphs / Others) to help translate your data to being useful for Service and Agency leads to act on
  • Are their ways to improve service data input and retention, you’ll find these?
  • Are there better ways to bring data together, you’ll find these?
  • Can reporting be streamlined, easier and simpler for both you and the end users, you’ll find these too.

What you’ll bring...

  • Good knowledge of 365 software and various desktop software packages like acrobat
  • Advanced capabilities in Microsoft products including Teams, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Experience of using CRMs to extract data
  • An ability to pick things up quickly.
  • Qualified to degree standard or suitable experience to this level.
  • Exceptional communication skills – verbal and written.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines with good organisational and time management skills.
  • Able to effectively manage competing demands, deadlines, and resources to deliver to agreed outcomes and so the team is aware of the situation.
  • Attention to detail, be flexible and adept at juggling a range of different tasks and to work extra hours to meet deadlines.
  • Possess discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues.
