You will be enthusiastic and committed to helping lead a diverse team of creative, passionate and dynamic ICE experts.


With proven Organisational Delivery expertise and facilitation skills, you will use your passion and toolkits to positively influence behaviours within organisations. Please be clear - this is a role that needs a dynamic and proactive OD practitioner, NOT TRAINER, ideally with consultancy and coaching skills, bringing OD techniques, facilitation and engagement to work in partnership with clients and the wider ICE teams to co-create and delivery of high quality and sustainable solutions.


This is not a TRAINING role.


In this role you will have to be able to successfully deliver facilitation and engagement to work in partnership with clients and the wider ICE teams to co-create and delivery of high quality and sustainable solutions.


You will love shaping leadership programmes and cultural development journeys.


Working as part of a team, you will:

  • Build rapport and trust
  • Use insight to diagnose
  • Co-build solutions and create practical actionable recommendations
  • Enable people and support them through the interventions created to deliver outcomes.

You will be based in our social and lively office on the banks of the Mersey in the picturesque waterfront town of Birkenhead. Our office boasts spectacular views across to the Liverpool Waterfront and are situated next to the historic Cammell Lairds Shipyard.


With excellent transport links, we’re commutable from Chester, Liverpool, Northwich, Wirral, Runcorn or the surrounding areas. We also offer free on-site parking which would be ideal for you if you no longer want the long daily commute and fight for parking in the city centre.

Software Essentials:

  • Microsoft Office Suite; Word, PowerPoint, Excel

Essential existing skills/experience:

  • A proven track record of Leadership and Culture with extensive experience in the design and delivery of Organisational Development programmes, as well as experience of one-to one coaching at all levels within organisations.
  • A recognised coaching qualification
  • Driving license and own transport
  • Facilitation experience,
  • A desire to develop people-focused support and programmes and the desire to continuously develop new clients and approaches.

Preferred skills


NHS or health sector experience.


Job Type: Full-time


Job Location: Wirral, Merseyside with extensive UK Travel - candidates from anywhere in the North West are welcome to apply as this is primarily a field based role


Driving License and use of own car is essential
