Applied Behavioural Insight Project Lead

The role

Working with our UK client base across both public and private sector, you will be working as part of a highly creative and passionate team to deliver excellent client experiences across a range of projects.

You will understand the importance of exceptional account handling and have experience of developing programmes and projects that are people-focused, helping our clients to deliver sustainable behaviour change for organisations, communities and the individuals within them.

The person

As an Applied Behavioural Insights project lead you will deliver high quality behavioural insights projects and work with the ICE team to develop insight driven, people shaped solutions.

You will develop solutions using behavioural theory, evidence and best practice. You will use your interpersonal and influencing skills to get results as part of a high performing team that works in a fast-paced environment on a variety of project types.

Essential existing skills/experience:

A degree or equivalent professional qualification in the field of research or social science

Understanding of Behavioural theory

Evidence of further professional development

Design and management of insight research or behavioural change projects with clients, on time and in budgets.

Developing methodologies and strategies for applying behavioural insights into people shaped solutions.

Delivery of primary research activities.

Supporting with tender writing and pitches to contribute to business growth.

Assist with the ongoing development of the applied behavioural insight offer.

Preferred skills

Social science degree

An understanding of the health and social care sector.
